What’s Inside a Ribcap
Every Ribcap combines style, comfort, and thoughtful design with its three carefully crafted layers. Each layer is designed for everyday wear, resulting in headwear that looks and feels natural.
1. Base Layer
Fuegosoft is our soft, lightweight base layer that makes the helmet both comfortable and breathable. The fabric wicks away moisture and keeps air circulating.
2. Impact Foam
These are soft, micro-perforated foam pads. Ventilation between each pad keeps your head cool. The soft foam can withstand repeated impacts, providing protection.
3. Outer Layer
This is the fabric on the outside of the helmet and defines the style. This layer ranges from wool to cotton and can be any color of the rainbow. Choose your style!
